You’ll follow recipes, maintain a clean workspace, and ensure proper sanitation while delivering a memorable dining experience for guests. The role includes flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and take orders and payment quickly and accurately (Drive-Up available).
• Take phone orders or catering orders for events and planning.
• Call out numbers to guests when delivering completed orders.
• Prepare food to high-quality standards and maintain a clean workspace.
• Cook items (Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries) and follow recipes.
• Maintain sanitation and follow Portillo's standards.
