Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders accurately in person or at the drive-up.
• Take phone and catering orders to help guests plan events.
• Call out numbers to hand out completed orders with a rhyme.
• Prepare food to Portillo’s high-quality standards and keep a clean workspace.
• Cook items such as Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs and Fries to order.
• Follow recipes and maintain proper sanitation throughout the shift.
