Job summary

Portillo's Inc. is hiring team members to greet guests, take orders, and process payments, both inside and at drive-up windows. You may handle phone and catering orders to assist guests planning events.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and take orders with accuracy and a friendly demeanor.
• Handle drive-thru, counter, and phone/catering orders as needed.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workspaces and follow recipes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet our guests with a smile and take their order and payment.
• Inside and outside (Drive-Up) positions available.
• Take phone or catering orders for events.
• Prepare food to high-quality standards and ensure sanitation practices.
• Cook items like Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries and more.
