Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
• Able to greet guests with a smile and assist with orders.
• Reliable team player with good communication and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and payments accurately, in-person or drive-up.
• Assist with phone or catering orders for events.
• Call out numbers to deliver completed orders to guests.
• Prepare and maintain a clean, sanitary workspace.
• Cook to order following recipes and Portillo’s standards.
• Prepare fresh salads and maintain an organized station.
