Job summary

Sky Zone seeks a part-time Crew Member to join our Operations team onsite. You will work across multiple park stations, delivering a safe, engaging guest experience while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with waivers, ticketing, and events, plus supporting front desk, cafe, and game areas. Previous service experience is a plus, but training is provided. Must be 16+ and available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe and positive guest experience at all times.
• Follow and enforce park safety rules and operational procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Adapt to changing business demands and station assignments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, accountability, and professionalism during each shift.
• Actively supervise attractions to ensure guest safety at Court Monitor.
• Welcome guests and provide directional assistance at Greeter / Park Support.
• Lead birthday parties and group events at Party Host.
• Prepare party rooms and materials for events at Party Coordinator.
• Take and process guest orders at Café FOH using POS systems.
• Prepare food and beverages for Café BOH per brand standards.
• Greet and check in guests at Front Desk and assist with waivers.
