• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures, including food safety and cash handling.
• Passion for food, desserts, and coffee, with willingness to learn and share product knowledge.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Milk Bar’s menu and products to upsell and suggest pairings.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth shifts and uphold service standards.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and reflect Milk Bar values.
• Address guest inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare Milk Bar products and conduct daily quality checks for consistency.
• Operate a touchscreen POS accurately for transactions.
• Keep displays stocked and visually appealing and manage inventory to minimize waste.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and other departments.
• Follow DOH regulations and Milk Bar GMP standards in cleaning and food handling.
