Job summary

MILK BAR is seeking a Counter Staff member in Las Vegas to deliver exceptional guest experiences by upholding Milk Bar’s standards of service, product quality, and cleanliness. You will be a brand ambassador, helping guests with menu information and pairings, while ensuring accurate transactions at the touchscreen POS.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in food service or customer-facing roles, a passion for food and coffee, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or food industry preferred.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of Milk Bar menu and seasonal offerings to upsell bundles.
Collaborate with team to ensure smooth shift operations and brand standards.
Act as brand ambassador and provide excellent guest experience.
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with management escalation when needed.
Prepare Milk Bar products and conduct daily quality audits for consistency.
Adhere to attendance policy and complete shifts as scheduled.
Stock shelves and ensure displays are clean, fresh, and organized.
Operate touchscreen POS and process transactions accurately.
Communicate menu offerings and store information clearly to guests.
Assist Bakery team and provide constructive feedback for improvements.
