Keswick Hall in Charlottesville, VA seeks a Guest Experience Agent to manage pre-arrival communications and arrangements, coordinating with hotel departments to deliver an exceptional arrival experience. You will confirm reservations, collect guest preferences, and help personalize each stay while supporting a fast-paced team.
Prior hospitality or customer service experience and proficiency with Opera Cloud or similar software are preferred.

The Guest Experience Agent is responsible for managing all pre-arrival communications and arrangements for guests. This role involves coordinating with various hotel departments to ensure that guest preferences are met and that the arrival experience is exceptional.
