Job summary

Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL, is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join a fast-paced, hospitality-driven property. You will greet guests, answer calls, handle mail, and support daily administrative tasks under Troon’s global leadership.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong customer service, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to work weekends and evenings. This is an on-site role with competitive pay and benefits offered by the employer.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Greets members, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
• Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
• Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
• Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
• Performs other duties.
