Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service abilities; actively looks for ways to assist customers and coworkers.
• Ability to recognize when a problem has occurred and communicate it to management.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide information about regulations and park amenities.
• Assist with campground maintenance such as litter pickup and stocking restrooms.
• Clean campsites between check-ins and after campers check out; report any issues.
• Assist staff with camper reservations processing.
• Address quiet time issues and safety concerns as needed.
• Provide information on tour boats, store hours, rentals, and trails.
• Check that generators are shut down by 8 PM.
