Blo Blow Dry Bar is hiring a Guest Experience Coordinator in Pearland, TX. The role supports a fast-paced salon team, delivers exceptional guest service, and uses booking software to manage appointments.

You will engage with Members, promote memberships and services, and help maintain inventory and the salon environment. Ideal candidates are new or aspiring hairstylists seeking hands-on experience in a professional salon, with opportunities to advance and participate in ongoing training and

Qualifications

• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Passion for beauty and creating great guest experiences.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in beauty or salon environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience for all Guests.
• Manage appointments, confirmations, and check-in/check-out using booking software.
• Contact members and clients to encourage rebooking and maintain relationships.
• Support the team of stylists and makeup artists to keep the bar running smoothly.
• Monitor and assist with inventory to ensure products are stocked and organized.
• Promote memberships, products, and service upgrades to grow the business.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workspace.
• Participate in regular training and development opportunities.

Guest Experience Coordinator – Blo Blow Dry Bar, Pearland TX

Compensation: $13 - $14 per hour + Commissions + Bonuses

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with inventory to ensure products are stocked and organized
• Serve as a Membership Concierge by:
  • Explaining membership guidelines and benefits
  • Highlighting monthly perks and promotions
  • Assisting with membership freezes and cancellations
• Promote product sales, service upgrades, and memberships to help grow the business
• Handle challenging situations with professionalism and positivity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workspace
• Participate in regular training and development opportunities

Additional Responsibilities

• Run and manage the salon’s social media presence with creative, engaging content
• Assist the Owner and Bar Boss with administrative tasks and appointment coordination
• Assist with shampoo services (if licensed cosmetologist)
• Complete makeup training (provided by Blo) and assist with makeup services as part of your role

Requirements

• Availability to work Saturday and Sunday

• Great entry point for recent cosmetology graduates or those beginning their career in beauty
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Social media management or makeup experience is an asset
