Blo Blow Dry Bar in Pearland, TX is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator. The role offers hourly pay with commissions and bonuses, and opportunities for advancement in a growing salon network. This position is ideal for new cosmetology graduates looking to gain real-world experience in a professional setting.

The candidate will deliver excellent guest experiences, manage bookings, and support stylists and makeup artists while promoting memberships and products. Weekend availability is required.

Guest Experience Coordinator – Blo Blow Dry Bar, Pearland TX

Compensation: $13 - $14 per hour + Commissions + Bonuses

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience for all Guests
• Manage appointments, confirmations, and check-in/check-out using booking software
• Contact members and clients to encourage rebooking and maintain strong relationships
• Support the team of stylists and makeup artists to keep the bar running smoothly
• Monitor and assist with inventory to ensure products are stocked and organized
• Serve as a Membership Concierge by:
  • Explaining membership guidelines and benefits
  • Highlighting monthly perks and promotions
  • Assisting with membership freezes and cancellations
• Promote product sales, service upgrades, and memberships to help grow the business
• Handle challenging situations with professionalism and positivity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workspace
• Participate in regular training and development opportunities

Additional Responsibilities

• Run and manage the salon’s social media presence with creative, engaging content
• Assist the Owner and Bar Boss with administrative tasks and appointment coordination
• Assist with shampoo services (if licensed cosmetologist)
• Complete makeup training (provided by Blo) and assist with makeup services as part of your role
