Job summary

Blo Blow Dry Bar Kingwood in Spring is seeking Hair Stylists and Makeup Artists to join our original blow dry bar franchise. Earn $15-$19 per hour including tips, with commissions, bonuses and benefits. Flexible scheduling, paid training and opportunities for advancement await.

You will perform blow outs, braids, up-dos and makeup, delivering exceptional service while recommending products and memberships. A Texas cosmetology license and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Up-to-date cosmetology license for Texas.
• Must work weekends (Fri/Sat) and rotating Sundays.
• Availability to work 7am and/or as late as 8pm.
• Passion for the beauty industry and for making people feel great.
• Makeup application experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform beautiful blow outs, braids & up-dos, bridal and hair extension services as well as makeup application.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Provide expert recommendations that lead to product sales, service upgrades and membership sign-ups.
• Participate in regular training and skill-development opportunities.
• Work collaboratively and support your teammates.
• Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workspace.

• An up-to-date cosmetology license for Texas
• MUST work weekends Friday/Saturdays and rotating Sundays
• Availability to work 7am and/or as late as 8pm
• A passion for the beauty industry and for making people feel great
• Makeup application experience required
• Other titles for this role: hair stylist, hair dresser, hairdresser, cosmetologist, makeup artist
