Job summary

City Winery St. Louis is seeking a Concierge to deliver exceptional guest service and support across ticketing, rewards program, and merchandise.

You will act as a brand ambassador while maximizing ticket and retail sales in a dynamic winery and live-music venue. The role requires 2+ years in hospitality concierge or similar, excellent communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in concierge, box office, or guest services in hospitality.
• Consistently delivers high-quality guest experiences.
• Strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; builds positive relationships.
• Proficient with computers and POS systems.
• Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with guests in person, by phone, and email.
• Manage in-person, online, and phone ticket sales.
• Handle all retail merchandise transactions and inventory.
• Maximize ticket and merchandise sales.
• Assist with box office set up and breakdown of venue spaces.
• Assist guests with seat changes and comping as needed.
• Arrange seating and manage VIP/Investor seating and services.
• Close out and reconcile box office transactions.
