Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to seats, managing seating to balance workloads
• Handle reservations and inquiries, directing to appropriate contacts
• Maintain dining areas, cleanliness, and safety during shifts
• Manage calls, voicemails, emails, and reservation communications
• Provide wait time estimates and assist with opening/closing tasks
• Maintain knowledge of City Winery brand, menus, and allergen information
• Support other restaurant operations as needed
