Job summary

Watercrest Senior Living Group in Kerrville, TX, is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the first contact for residents, families and visitors. You will greet guests, answer phones, relay messages and help manage tours in a professional, compassionate environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least two years of concierge experience in a customer-service setting, with strong computer skills and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years’ Concierge experience in a customer service oriented industry.
• Ability to greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes visitors and answers inquiries.
• Answers the phone within 3 rings and routes calls.
• Maintains professional appearance and reception area.
• Maintains visitor sign-in and security procedures.
• Manages mail for Leadership Team and coordinates appointments.
• Communicates with the driver about resident appointments.
• Reports accidents and preserves residents' information confidentiality.
