True Connection Communities in Hilliard, OH is seeking a receptionist to act as an ambassador for the community. You will handle receptionist duties, customer service, and hospitality tasks to assist administration.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including every other weekend. Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and a 401k plan are among the offered benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have good interpersonal relation skills and ability to relate to a variety of people.
• Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with a multi-line telephone system and transferring calls.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive first impression to community entrants and greet visitors.
• Answer and screen incoming calls, route messages per policies.
• Greet visitors in a friendly, professional manner and maintain lobby ambience.
• Maintain lobby area including scent and music; ensure visitors sign in at hospitality desk.
• Receive and process incoming mail and outgoing packages; manage office supplies inventory.
• Keep Emergency Phone Number Log and resident emergency contacts up to date.
• Assist managers with clerical tasks and RSVP for events as needed.
• Oversee sign-up for scheduled transportation and provide community information to families and prospective residents.
• Support sales/marketing efforts by participating in webinars and trainings.
