Sunrise Senior Living in Ohio is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to greet residents and guests, answer calls, and maintain a warm, safe, and organized community. You will support the Sales team with inquiries, assist with move-ins and marketing materials, manage appointments, and handle basic office tasks, while upholding Sunrise’s hospitality standards.

As the face of the community, you help create a welcoming atmosphere and coordinate with care teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and route calls promptly and take accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries.
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry.
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols, sign-in, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
