The SOMM Hotel & Spa in Woodinville, WA is seeking an At Your Service Agent to respond to inquiries and help guests make reservations across hotel, dining, and spa services. You will support the Front Office and Sales & Marketing teams with group bookings and VIP reservations, using upselling techniques to boost occupancy and revenue.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in hospitality customer service, PBX/multi-line experience, and availability on weekends/holidays.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
• Previous PBX/Multi-line phone experience in hospitality strongly preferred
• Must be available to work Weekends and Holidays

Responsabilidades

• Operates PBX equipment, answers calls, schedules wake-up calls and paging guests
• Responds to inquiries and assists guests in making reservations
• Uses suggestive selling to upsell rooms and hotel services
• Assists Sales & Marketing with group bookings and VIP reservations
• Maintains accurate records of reservations and communications
• Coordinates with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Spa and other departments
• Handles guest concerns, service recovery, and billing inquiries if needed
