Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Coordinator Customer Relations to assist Owners and guests with experiences and events that make memorable vacation moments for travelers worldwide, in a supportive and welcoming environment.

You will provide Concierge-style services to guests on promotional vacation packages, share detailed information about property amenities, and engage guests in discussions about their stay and local attractions while addressing their needs promptly.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests by phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with preview tour customers via telephone before their scheduled arrival and tour date.
• Offer Concierge-style services to guests on a promotional vacation package.
• Provide detailed information about property amenities.
• Engage customers in conversation regarding their stay, services, and area attractions.
• Identify special customer needs and arrange fulfillment upon arrival.
• Address customers' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
