Job summary

The Parking Spot in Columbus, OH is seeking a part-time Parking Guest Attendant to support guests at entry/exit and help our team deliver exceptional service. You’ll greet guests, answer calls, and assist with mobile devices while maintaining a clean workspace alongside colleagues.

Position includes access to an Employee Ownership Program, regular bonuses, and benefits for eligible team members, with weekend availability and a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language for safety purposes.
• Ability to operate Apple technology products including iPhone, iPad tablets.
• Comfortable using kiosk system and adapt to technology upgrades and changes.
• Ability to work in inclement weather.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds with or without an accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet each guest in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide quick and pleasant assistance supporting guests at exit and entry lanes.
• Answer telephones and assist customers using mobile devices while using our services.
• Partner with all team members to provide the best guest experience.
• Keep all Parking Guest Attendant work areas neat and clean.
• Provide guests with information on the TPS Spot Club program.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management.
