Massage Revolution is seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent for our Manhattan Beach, CA location. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, promoting spa services, and ensuring guests feel welcome from check-in to departure.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service and sales experience, strong phone skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person setting with weekends on request. Flexible scheduling and employee discounts are available.

Formación

• Must have prior experience in customer service and sales.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and positive-minded with strong listening skills.
• Ability to promote services enthusiastically and authoritatively.
• Excellent phone skills and ability to handle multiple lines.
• Available day/evening/weekend shifts; able to manage fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to complete tasks.
• Experience in training or leadership is a plus but not required.
