The Atterbury Hotel, managed by Sage Hospitality, seeks a Regular Part-Time Front Desk & Guest Services ambassador to assist guests with information and reservations, ensuring a memorable stay in Pittsburgh. You will guide guests to restaurants, theaters, travel options, and local attractions, coordinating concierge services with care.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and at least one year of customer service experience, plus strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hotel policies, procedures and services.
• Ability to communicate in English; second language desirable.
• Ability to achieve positive guest relations and satisfaction.
• Excellent hearing for in-person and phone communication.
• Moderate vision for setting up displays.
• Understand recreational information for guests.
• Strong speaking skills for guest interactions and making reservations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain breakfast buffet, honor bar, and hors d'oeuvres as applicable.
• Provide information and assist guests about restaurants, theater, airlines, car rentals, transportation, and services; make reservations.
• Offer access to ticket agencies, limousine services, and tour guides for guests.
• Address guest comments/complaints per procedure and assist VIP guests.
