Job summary

JLL is seeking a Concierge Manager in Rosemont, IL to lead day-to-day concierge operations in a high-profile retail environment. You will supervise staff, ensure exceptional guest service, and collaborate with property management, retailers, and stakeholders to promote service excellence and company initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in hospitality or guest services, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and iOS platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in hospitality, guest services, retail management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to resolve issues efficiently and diplomatically.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage full-time and part-time concierge team members.
• Train, coach, and motivate the team to deliver best-in-class service.
• Build and maintain relationships with local community and hospitality partners.
• Execute initiatives and community engagement programs.
• Meet or exceed established goals and KPIs.
• Support on-site events and programming.
