Qualificações

• Prior customer service experience is required or highly preferred.
• Food service experience is preferred.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to complete within 90 days).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during shift.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare coffee drinks and serve food items with attention to presentation and guest preferences.
• Keep the café clean, organized, and well-stocked from pastries to displays.
• Share knowledge of the menu and hotel amenities to enhance guest experience.
• Handle transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer per policy.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep equipment and food areas clean.
