A high school diploma and cash handling experience are preferred, with strong communication and computer skills to excel in a dynamic hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Excellent communication skills required.

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel or resort operations is a plus.

• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Assist in administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and handling reservations.
