Hotel Indigo Atlanta Midtown is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to warmly greet guests, check them in and out, and assist with reservations. You will handle charges, manage the front desk system, and ensure smooth arrivals and departures in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash, checks, and credit card payments correctly.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Know hotel rates, discounts, and cancellation procedures.
• Take same-day reservations and follow relocation procedures when needed.
