Job summary

Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa in Honolulu, HI seeks a Guest Service Agent dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality. You will assist guests at the Host Stand, Bakery Café, and other service areas, handling check-ins/outs and meeting room support while maintaining a clean, inviting environment.

Requirements include previous guest service experience, strong English communication, flexibility for shifts, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred, in hotel or related field.
• Must have schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Requires strong command of the English language (speaking, reading and writing).
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position with guest interaction.
• Must be able to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) are expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, and related areas.
• Check guests in and out and support meeting room servicing.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable and inviting environment for guests.
• Provide welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service to create a memorable stay.
