Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of professional customer service experience preferred.
• Aviation industry experience or interest preferred.

Responsibilities

• Purchase stock and submit accurate expense reports in line with Jet Linx standards.
• Proactively communicate, document, and resolve complaints, escalating to management as necessary.
• Operate client vehicles cautiously around property and aircraft/ground equipment; wash vehicles when appropriate.
• Ensure lobby, meeting areas, restrooms, and entryways are clean, organized and inviting.
• Maintain regular on-site attendance.
• Demonstrate Jet Linx values and "Supply the High" in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
