Jet Linx is seeking a Jr Concierge to provide on-site support for base duties and ensure the aesthetic and stocking needs are met. You will be trained in flight greeting and client interactions, with a focus on attention to detail and high service standards.

The role requires readiness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Prior aviation interest is preferred, and a U.S. driver’s license is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of professional customer service experience in an environment with elevated service standards preferred.
• Aviation industry experience or interest preferred.

Responsabilités

• Purchases stock in accordance with Jet Linx Service Standards and submits accurate and timely expense reports.
• Proactively communicate, document, and resolve complaints, escalating to management as necessary.
• Operate client vehicles cautiously around property including around aircraft/ground equipment as needed. Wash vehicles when appropriate.
• Ensure work areas, lobby, meeting areas, entryways and restrooms are clean, organized and inviting.
• Maintain on-site attendance, prompt and reliable.
• Demonstrate Jet Linx’s core values and “Supply the High” in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
