You will greet guests, handle requests, coordinate with hotel teams, and maintain guest profiles to tailor future visits. The role requires at least one year in guest services and strong communication, with a high standard of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of concierge or guest service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Boston landmarks helpful.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel PMS.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and provide tailored assistance.
• Recommend dining, transport, tours, and attractions.
• Answer inquiries in person, by phone, or email.
• Maintain knowledge of Boston area events and venues.
• Coordinate special guest requests and VIP arrangements.
• Liaise with hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Keep the Concierge desk clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Uphold Hyatt service standards.
