Job summary

Hawaiian Building Maintenance in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Guest Services & Traffic Attendant to create a safe, welcoming arrival experience for residents, guests, and visitors at the hotel. The role helps with luggage transport, directs pedestrian and vehicle traffic in the porte-cochère, and ensures ADA accessibility and safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass HB Prescreen check.
• Valid Hawaii Driver’s License required.
• Excellent customer service and communication in English.
• Ability to communicate in English and Japanese preferred.
• Able to stand/walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Direct luggage to ADA elevator and assist with stairs when safe.
• Coordinate with valet/security/staff to maintain smooth arrivals and departures.
• Direct vehicle traffic in the porte cochère and loading areas.
• Maintain safety and ADA accessibility at the front entrance.
