Qualifications

• Requires higher education qualification or equivalent in hotel management or business administration.
• 3 years of Front Office/Guest Service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Fluency in the local language preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warm, memorable service.
• Acknowledge IH G Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone.
• Take, manage, and receive payments for guest bookings.
• Make check-in and check-out swift and seamless.
• Anticipate guests' needs and offer tailored recommendations.
• Be the trusted contact for guests, resolving issues and guiding experiences.
