Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts seeks a Front Desk/Guest Services professional at The Historic Cavalier Hotel and Beach Club, Autograph Collection. You will assist guests with arrival and departure, manage registration, and promote HEI brand programs while handling guest payments and inquiries.

Qualifications include hotel experience (preferred), strong communication, and reliable computer and cash-handling skills to ensure exceptional service in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Strong mathematical calculations with calculator.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, sincere welcome and assist with arrival/departure.
• Complete registration and verify guest information, room rate and number of guests.
• Promote HEI Hotels & Resorts and brand programs.
• Code electronic keys and provide welcome folders with keys and materials.
• Handle cash, post charges, and balance the house bank.
• Input and relay messages; retrieve mail and packages as requested.
• Resolve guest concerns and negotiate solutions as needed.
• Maintain composure during busy periods and emergencies.
