Job summary

See Rock City is seeking a Guest Relations Ambassador to connect guests, partners, and community with Rock City Enterprises. You will deliver excellent service via phone, in person, and admin support, ensuring every interaction aligns with our mission and values.

You will manage front desk operations, support the Guest Experience team, handle inquiries, and ensure materials are current and well presented. Flexible weekends/holidays required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 months in guest service or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service to internal and external customers.
• Answer incoming calls in a positive, friendly, professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and encourage guest visits to Rock City attractions.
• Route calls and manage multiple calls simultaneously.
• Maintain the Guest Relations desk and office area professionally.
• Sort mail and faxes, manage lost-and-found, and order office supplies.
