Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months of guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service to internal and external customers.
• Manage front desk operations five days per week.
• Answer incoming calls with a positive, friendly, professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and assist guests with inquiries.
• Maintain the Guest Relations desk and office area in a professional, organized manner.
• Process brochure requests and ensure materials are current.
• Support cross-functional teams with administrative needs.
