Oxford Suites Redding, part of the Oxford Collection, is seeking a Guest Experience Representative to deliver exceptional guest service at check-in and check-out, and to create a memorable first impression for every guest.

This regular full-time role in Redding, CA offers hourly pay of $17.00 to $17.50 plus medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with profit sharing, generous PTO, exclusive discounts, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in guest services or hospitality is beneficial but not required.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out courteously and efficiently.
• Process payments according to hotel requirements.
• Provide information about hotel, amenities, packages and local offerings.
