Job summary

Flyper in Las Vegas is seeking a proactive Concierge Representative to warmly greet guests, assist with check-in, and provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions. You will coordinate dining and transportation reservations, and coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill guest needs for a seamless stay.

The role requires strong English communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner.
• Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other guest activities.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of lobby area.
• Offer personalized recommendations based on guests' interests and preferences.
