Job summary

Flyper, a luxury hotel in Las Vegas, is seeking an experienced Concierge to deliver exceptional guest service and assist with requests to ensure a memorable stay. You will greet guests, provide information on services and local attractions, and coordinate with other departments.

The ideal candidate speaks fluent English, can multitask, work flexible hours, and maintain a polished appearance. Accommodation is provided for the first three months; visa sponsorship may be available for qualified

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Previous concierge experience in luxury hotels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
• Provide information about the hotel's services, amenities, and local attractions
• Make reservations for restaurants, shows, transportation, and other activities as requested by guests
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in Las Vegas to make recommendations
• Ensure front desk area is clean and organized at all times
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests promptly
• Assist with luggage handling when needed
