Job summary

The ideal candidate will have experience in guest service, possess strong communication skills, and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and/or working with the public is required.
• CPR and First Aid training is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with information and directions to local venues.
• Serve as guest ambassador by spending time interacting with guests.
• Answer telephone calls and assist with guest requests.
• Make rounds to observe safety/security matters.
