Job summary

Salt Lake Bouldering Project, LLC is seeking an Operations Specialist to help run the gym safely, smoothly, and enjoyably. You’ll welcome visitors, guide tours and transactions, provide information and recommendations, resolve issues, and keep back-of-house chores in check to ensure a seamless guest experience.

This role rewards a friendly, highly personable attitude, a readiness to collaborate, and a willingness to pitch in, with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and guide through tours, transactions, and orientations.
• Provide information, services, and recommendations to guests.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues.
• Build relationships and strengthen the BP community.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment and enforce policies.
• Complete back-of-house chores and daily housekeeping duties.
• Be flexible, pitch in where needed, and support your team.
