Job summary

Golden State is seeking upbeat Ambassadors to create a guest-centric environment for the Golden State Warriors, Valkyries games, and Chase Center concerts in San Francisco. This part-time, on-site role requires high energy, reliability, and excellent interpersonal skills.

You will greet guests, assist with directions, queues, and ADA needs, while supporting setup/breakdown and on-site events across Thrive City and off-site activations. A HS diploma and customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, tourism, or attractions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide direction before entry.
• Monitor entrances and manage line control and wayfinding.
• Assist guests (wheelchair, walkers, escorts) as needed.
• Maintain steady flow of guests through entry points for diverse clientele.
• Support setup and breakdown during Warriors and Valkyries events and theme nights.
• Assist at guest service kiosks and resolve concerns.
• Provide information to enhance guest experience and answer FAQs.
