Dave & Buster's in Palm Springs is hiring a Winner's Circle associate to greet guests and guide their Midway experience. You will provide friendly service, answer questions, upsell games and food, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires strong communication, ability to multitask in a busy environment, and a positive attitude. Availability for days, nights, weekends; 18+ is typical. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k and more.

Qualifications

• Be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Keeps supervisor informed of problems or significant matters and takes action or suggests alternatives.
• Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information to Guests, Team Members and Managers.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
• Assists the Guest with requests and answers questions and makes recommendations on items.
• Provides game assistance by notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
• Bids farewell to Guests and invites them to return.
