Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Greet guests, help them find items, and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Explain benefits, promotions, and how to use Target apps and loyalty programs.
• Scan and bag items accurately, maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Support Drive Up, Order Pickup, and other guest services while following policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist team members as needed.
