Job summary

Target's Guest Advocate role places you at the front line of guest experience, greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues to ensure a friendly, efficient store visit.

You’ll help guests navigate products, explain benefits of loyalty programs, and operate checkout, Drive Up, and Order Pick Up. The position includes training and a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Willing to learn store systems and benefits programs.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience with a friendly greeting.
• Assist guests to find products and resolve issues quickly.
• End each interaction with a thank you and smooth checkout.
• Promote and explain loyalty programs and app features.
• Support drive-up and order pickup services as needed.
