Tommy’s Express Houston is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to guide guests through the car wash process, from POS to loading onto the conveyor and assisting in the vacuum area. You will also help with equipment operation and keep the facility clean and safe, while delivering a high-quality guest experience.

• Process guest orders promptly and accurately
• Actively promote and sell car washes and unlimited club memberships
• Maintain our car wash, vacuum center and grounds for all customer needs
• Provide excellent customer service and be a team player
• Operate and assist with equipment and ensure cleanliness and safety
