Tommy's Express Car Wash is hiring a Team Member to be the first point of contact for guests and members, delivering a high level of customer service on site. You will learn POS and loyalty processes and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment across the car wash facility.

The role requires reliable, energetic individuals who can work in a fast-paced team setting, handle responsibilities, and actively contribute to guest satisfaction while promoting membership benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Strong listener with problem-solving ability.
• Completion of Tommy’s University training program.

Responsibilities

• Provide quick and friendly customer service at the car wash.
• Learn and operate POS and LPR systems.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior areas.
• Promote and explain monthly wash packages.
• Monitor wash quality and assist guests as needed.
• Uphold the WE OWN IT culture.
