You will use multiple systems to assist with lane setup, shoe issuance, and payments, while maintaining a clean, organized bowling environment.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome guests and be a FUN ambassador.
• Promote activities based on guest needs and availability.
• Troubleshoot lane issues and calls.
• Issue and clean bowling shoes and maintain shoe organization.
• Escort guests to lanes and assist with lane setup and ball selection.
• Ensure guests follow bowling safety standards.
• Process payment transactions and greet guests returning.
• Maintain bowl desk and lanes; complete side duties.
