Job summary

Weis Markets is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to warmly greet customers, answer questions, and resolve concerns promptly while following store policies and safety guidelines.

You will operate the checkout, bag merchandise, process payments, and maintain cleanliness. You may assist in other departments as needed to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience completed or working towards a High School Diploma or GED.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and resolve concerns promptly, in a polite and professional manner.
• Operate front end scanning equipment and cash register, bag merchandise appropriately.
• Ensure accurate transactions and collect payments including cash, checks, electronic payments and coupons.
• Follow PPE and safety guidelines for health and safety compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of weekly ads, promotions and store layout to assist customers.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
