Artemis Wax Corp.’s European Wax Center seeks a results-driven Center Manager to lead a team of guest service associates and wax specialists, driving revenue and maintaining brand standards. You will develop talent, coach performance, and ensure a positive, energetic work environment that engages both staff and clients.

Your role will require managing center operations, scheduling, payroll, and compliance while proactively recruiting new Wax Specialists and collaborating with beauty schools.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related and applicable management experience in a sales-driven role.
• Bachelor’s Degree or applicable related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Results-oriented leadership and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead center performance and exceed revenue and budgets.
• Develop and coach GSA and Waxer teams to their potential.
• Recruit and develop talent across all center levels.
• Communicate direction and monitor KPI performance daily.
• Oversee center operations, payroll, inventory, and compliance.
• Maintain professional, clean, and brand-aligned center environments.
